Doorwork PNLS and Doorwork Services began this year certain of the path taken so far and of their mission which they propose to maintain in the future, however they increased their demand by making their entire structure aware of the need for continuous improvement of their performance.

With the certification in the NP EN ISO 9001:2015 standard, the two companies assume the implementation of a vast and complete Quality Management System [QMS] which allows the development of a structure of internal processes capable of supporting the organizational growth, in a sense in which everyone is involved and aligned in the decision and strategic orientation. The organization and methodology are shaped for the medium and short term, Doorwork and Doorwork Services can achieve the defined objectives, rethinking, whenever necessary, the method of doing and acting, by always listening to their customers and registering, analysing and correcting the nonconformities and implement opportunities for improvement.

A year that creates another opportunity to conquer new challenges, always with the focus on customer fulfilment.
